Bell 212 / Huey Cockpit – Military Helicopter

The Bell 212 Military Helicopter, its what the classic Vietnam Huey became. As well as being a troop mover its also found a place as a rescue helicopter and general multi purpose pick-up of the sky. Visually the exterior is very similar to the 1960’s Huey but you’ll note it has the newer glass cockpit. The doors pop off for camera and theres plenty of room to shoot from the cabin behind. It’s a real helicopter section so structurally very strong anyway but then we have it mounted to a large gimbal frame.
